I am pleased to share the news that I have been certified as one of less than 30 Master Mentors worldwide by Dr. Alan Weiss, consulting guru and creator of the Million Dollar Consulting® program. I received my certificate in Rhode Island in April (see photo).
As many of you know, I have been working with Alan for the past 5 years, and his guidance has been a key factor in the success and continued growth of Peninsula Strategies. I decided to become a Master Mentor out of a desire to help other independent professionals build strong and thriving consulting practices.
So, in addition to my firm's bread-and-butter work with larger organizations, I will coach a small number of solo practitioners, entrepreneurs and consultants on topics including business objectives and vision, proposal writing, marketing strategy, operational efficiency, networking, relationship building and much more. All participants will have access to a global network of consultants
